LyriaX permits you to use MP3 output generated through your account in commercial projects, subject to the Terms of Service and the limits below.

Permitted uses

You may synchronize output with video, games, podcasts, advertising, livestreams, presentations, client work, and released recordings. LyriaX does not require a public attribution line.

Limits

This permission covers only rights LyriaX can grant in the generated output. It does not license third-party lyrics, samples, names, trademarks, likenesses, or voices included in your input or output. It does not guarantee that output is unique, copyrightable, or free of similarity to other generated material.

You may not present output as an authorized performance by a real artist, remove or defeat provenance technology, or use the service in a way that violates law or the Community Guidelines.

Your responsibility

Review the output and clear any rights required for your release, territory, platform, and use case. Keep a copy of the audio and the song title and generation time shown in your LyriaX library for your records.
