Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LyriaX at www.lyriax.ai.

The service

LyriaX provides one workflow for submitting a music brief and optional lyrics to Google Lyria, then saving the returned MP3 to your account. Features may be adjusted as the model and provider evolve.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your sign-in provider, and be legally able to accept these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Credits and subscriptions

Generation requires credits. The current credit cost is shown before submission and is deducted before a generation request is sent. If a generation reaches a terminal technical failure without an output, LyriaX restores the credits used by that request to the same credit pools. Credits are service units, have no cash value, are not transferable, and expire or reset according to the plan shown at purchase.

Free accounts receive a monthly allowance. Paid plans renew automatically for the monthly or yearly interval shown in Stripe Checkout until canceled. Yearly plans are billed yearly while their generation-credit allowance is released monthly. Subscription credits reset rather than roll over. Prices, currency, billing interval, discounts, and applicable taxes are shown in Checkout before purchase.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal in Profile. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, completed subscription charges are non-refundable and unused credits are not redeemable for money. Failed payments may pause or end paid-plan access.

Your input

You retain the rights you hold in your titles, briefs, and lyrics. You must have the necessary permission to submit them. Do not submit confidential material you are not authorized to share, unlawful content, or material that violates another person's copyright, privacy, publicity, or trademark rights.

Generated output

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the generated audio for personal or commercial projects. Generated material may resemble other machine-generated material, may not qualify for exclusive intellectual-property protection, and is not guaranteed to be unique. Lyria output may contain SynthID provenance watermarking.

LyriaX does not grant rights in third-party names, voices, recordings, lyrics, trademarks, or likenesses. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or monetizing it.

Prohibited use

Do not use LyriaX to imitate a real artist's voice, deceive listeners about identity or endorsement, infringe rights, create illegal content, bypass safety controls, probe credentials, forge completion callbacks, overload the service, or automate access outside the provided web interface.

Availability

Generation and billing are performed by third-party infrastructure and may queue, fail, or become unavailable. We may suspend abusive accounts, remove unlawful material, or change prospective prices and limits to protect the service. Changes to an active subscription follow the terms shown through Stripe and applicable notice requirements.

Disclaimers

The service and output are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee a particular musical result, uninterrupted availability, uniqueness, copyrightability, merchantability, or fitness for a specific purpose.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LyriaX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or output.
